Sayuri Katsuta’s work as a chiropractor and model brought her close to the body — and through it, to the quiet wisdom found in Japanese heritage and everyday life. Through ordinary moments, she began to notice what is often unseen: the care, rhythm, and patience behind what the world calls timeless youth.
This awareness inspired her to rediscover these principles and share them beyond Japan. That vision led to the creation of AMRITARA, a brand born from the belief that beauty and vitality begin with respect for nature and the body.

Sayuri Katsuta began by cultivating ingredients herself on a small farm, growing them slowly and naturally without chemicals or toxins.
